Here’s a sneak peek of the new book covers for Morro Bay Mysteries Book 2 - On the Rocks and Adventures of Charlie and Ginger Book 2 - The Case of the Missing Heart.

The Missing Heart has a picture at the beginning of each chapter ( more pictures ) and fewer words (only nine chapters). My grandson said the first book had too many words and not enough pictures.

My week was filled with to-do lists, an online doctor appointment, scheduling house cleaners (because I’m not making it), and finding someone to remove all the junk in our side yard. On Monday at 7 a.m., we discovered mating raccoons on our roof, so I added a raccoon guy and a roof guy to my list. God brought the gift of a handyman to my door, who took away my junk.

I have two more chapters to finish “On the Rocks, " but here is the link to Book 1, The Rocky Start. This is the first book in the Adventures of Charlie and Ginger series, The Case of the Missing Fur.

Verse of the Week and My Prayer for You

Psalm 15:1-5

Eternal One, who is invited to stay in Your dwelling? Who is granted passage to Your holy mountain?

Here is the answer: The one who lives with integrity, does what is right, and speaks honestly with truth from the heart. The one who doesn’t speak evil against others or wrong his neighbor, or slander his friends. The one who loathes the loathsome, honors those who fear the Eternal, And keeps all promises no matter the cost. The one who does not lend money with gain in mind and cannot be bought to harm an innocent name.

If you live this way, you will not be shaken and will live together with the Lord.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for my reader. Lord God, You welcome her into Your dwelling place. She is granted passage to Your holy mountain. Lord, thank You that she lives with integrity and does what is right. She speaks honestly with truth from her heart.

Thank You, Lord, that she does not wrong her neighbor or slander her friends. She honors Your people and will not harm an innocent. Because she trusts in You, Lord, she will not be shaken but live with You in Your dwelling place.

Lord, You are our Great and Mighty King. You fight for us every day. We trust in You. We rest in You, knowing You are faithful. Help us to be grateful and praise Your name, Almighty God. Be glorified through her. In Jesus's name, Amen.
