Verse of the Week and My Prayer for You
Anna’s Book Study Group is beginning this week. We will be going through a book named Experiencing God by Henry Blackaby. I’ve posted the introduction to the book and my thoughts. If you are interested in joining me, comment on the first post. I won’t be sending emails for this. I’ll post the link here in the regular emails.
John 16:13-16
The Spirit of truth will come and guide you in all truth. He will not speak His own words to you; He will speak what He hears, revealing to you the things to come and bringing glory to Me. The Spirit has unlimited access to Me, to all that I possess and know, just as everything the Father has is Mine. That is the reason I am confident He will care for My own and reveal the path to you. For a little while you will not see Me; but after that, a time will come when you will see Me again.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for my reader. Lord God, thank You for giving her Your Holy Spirit to guide her. Your Spirit speaks what He hears from You, and He has unlimited access to You. Your Spirit guides her in all truth.
Thank You, Lord, for comforting her. Your Spirit comforts her and reveals her path. She is confident in You and trusts You to keep her safe. Stretch Your arms around her now, and let her feel Your presence.
Lord, You are our Great and Mighty King. You fight for us every day. We trust in You. We rest in You, knowing You are faithful. Help us to be grateful and praise Your name, Almighty God. Be glorified through her. In Jesus's name, Amen.
